Dreaming, Then The Beach Club Day 14

Day 14, Saturday Sept 14th.

We slept in this morning, so had a bit of a rush to get to MK but we made it in good time for our Thunder Mountain FP. The park was very busy today - seemed like everyone who cancelled for the hurricane turned up this weekend 🙂.
Splash Mountain was down which didn't help with the lines around the Frontierland area.
We made our way to Gastons for our Cinnamon roll fix and managed to eat (almost) a full one each again. With extra icing. We shared a table with a family from Liverpool who kindly gave us a baby wipe each 😆.
We walked onto the Voyage of the Little Mermaid surprisingly, and then made our way round to the Haunted Mansion just before the heavy rain started, so we dipped into the Country Bears Jamboree and Philharmagic again.
We wandered over to Tomorrowland for the People Mover - great for resting the feet, but my seed the Carousel of Progress as it went down just as we got to it.
Seeing as we were near the Ice Cream parlour it would have been rude not to have an All American Sundae, for a peanut butter fix. Then we got a great spot for the parade which started about 20 mins later, I was talking to a UK family who were on their first visit and loving everything, and succeeded in stopping another family trying to edge people out so they could get in front!
After the parade we popped back to Buzz Lightyear for our 3rd FP - and I only beat DH! 125,000 points🥇
We headed off on the Monorails to Epcot after this as we had a Wine Tasting booked, and watched the musical Chefs show on the way.
The Wine tasting was around 45 mins and it was by the Florida Wine Company, we enjoyed them - they were fruit wines rather than grape. My favourite was Key Lime Wine!
Afterwards we wandered round generally enjoying the shows in the U.K. and Canada, and saw some of Tiffany's Eat to the Beat show. I bought a lovely F&W quiche dish.
We were ready for dinner by the time we got back round to Mexico and we're booked at Hacienda de San Angel - top tip - don't make a pig of yourself with guacamole and tortilla chips, or you won't eat all your dinner! They were quite cheeky, as we were too full for dessert so didn't order it but the server still put 2 on the bill "for the DDP" so the suggested tip included 2 x $10 desserts!
I'm not usually fussy with tips but it annoyed me so we took that amount off and we paid cash for tips and an appetiser. Later at the resort we found they'd then 'charged our band' $13 for the appetiser and kept the whole cash as a tip. Cheek! The food was good though.

That was a bit cheeky with your bill and I wouldn’t have been impressed at all but glad you got it sorted out and it didn’t spoil your day
