After reading an article the other day on diverticular disease, I would be wary of things moving so slowly. And I certainly wouldn't be eating seeds and having them hang around in there for a week! Really think it's best to go and discuss with your GP.

I have literally just got back from seeing a Consultant for the follow up appointment following an operation 3 weeks ago.

He must have said 3 times about drinking water or very weak squash and at least half a gallon a day. Coffee and tea doesn't count.

He looked at me strange when I asked did wine count.

How about beer thats nearly all water.
