Virgin holidays Alamo rental pick up time

I know I could ask virgin (and I will do so to help others if necessary) but thought I’d ask here first.

I’ve booked to pick up at the Disney Car Care Centre for my Virgin Holidays/Alamo at the start of my second week.

On the booking it just gives the opening times of the car rental offices but not a specific time, like any other car rental I’ve had provides you with.

Does that mean virgin have a different agreement with Alamo to allow this or should it be somewhere else on the paperwork (nothing listed on the receipt/itinerary)?

Not a problem just remember your return time need to be with Virgin no more than 3 hours later than pick,up time or you will be into another day
Virgin are the only ones with as long a period of grace

With the disney car care centre, I always book with virgin and if your staying on property you just arrange the night before, there is a button on the room phones to dial them. when you want picking up from the front of the hotel, they pick you they were picking up from my hotel about every hour and take you to the centre. When coming back it will be on the same time you dropped off they did the same you drop the car off and the next van take you to where you want either a park or hotel. If you off site you dont really get a booking time there you can just turn up and they have a small seating and queue there were three desks that were working so the queue wasnt really long.

Booking with virgin they have nearly always given me a free upgrade, but my top tip is to chat to the person checking your details as at teh car centre they pick the keys for you from a box of ready cars, being chatty and smiling always helps there

Disney Car Care Centre is open 6am to 8pm Mon to Sat and 6am to 6pm on a Sunday.

Just remember if you've booked your car for one week, what ever time you pick the car up they will expect the car back at this time on the last day or you will get an additional day rental especially if you're dropping the car off at the airport for an evening flight.

I’m driving back to Mco on the return date as our flight is at 17.55. Seems like an early afternoon pick up for me that week (got to laugh, the pick up date will be July 4 so disney and it’s car parks will be at its busiest)
