Ponchos

As we are going later in the year our usual stores no longer have the £1 ponchos. I have looked on amazon and its a minefield of junk and rubbish so hard to spot which cheap ones are ok and which are not.

Anyone have any stores or amazon ones that arent too bad for £1 (or pack of 6)

We bought ours in the Dollar Store, 3 in a polythene sleeve for $1 - they were adequate for our needs and could be used several times; however I think next time we'll buy better quality as it feels wrong to add to the plastic mountain iykwim So following this thread to see if anyone comes up with a better solution.

Hi
I got great ones in Home Bargains along with the festival stuff, think they were £1.49 and are thicker plastic than the disposable ones. Still fold up flat and don't tear.

Had black, navy and pink x

Mean't to add it was this time last year when I bought them so still available in store x

My parents got some in Decathlon. They were about £5 but a lot more sturdy than the pound shops one.

I like the disposable ones they sell in Superdrug. Think they’re branded but can’t renember which brand, can’t see them on line.

Although not cheap these are brilliant. Eco friendly and will last 2 years of multiple uses. If you are really keen on environmental friendly items especially non plastic, this is good. Made from corn starch. £6.99 though so not your £1 chuckaways. May find similar cheaper elsewhere. amazon/Eco-Friendl.../dp/B07HD7QH8R
