That was in March, and since nothing further has been reported I'm assuming they were happy with the explanation.

It states 'still continuing our legal action'. Salon Mickey tweeted a few weeks ago that CIAM's legal action for the last recapitalisation was ongoing and they were considering new legal action for the current situation. I can only assume there has been no further information issued because of the ongoing legal process.

As you say though, it seems to have made no difference as the AMF have granted authority to proceed 😀.

It said on the letter we should have the money by the 15th of June. That's why I was asking to see if anyone else had and mine was missing. The 19th is the date they start proceeds for those that didn't sell

I'm glad you said the 15th, as I checked yesterday to see if the money was there as I'm sure I read that date and there was nothing in my account. It was if the shares had never existed

Hopefully the money will appear soon, as we are going back to Disneyland Paris inbetween Christmas and New Year and that is what's paying for this trip x

I just checked again and it definitely says funds would be expected by the 15th. So I've emailed to see why there is still nothing in my account. Just to see if can get a bit more info. I needed the money by today, if I'd thought they were going to take so long I would have just sold on the discount dealing day there was.

It has some info here, 19th is when TWDC will be buying out all the shareholders who didn't sell, so I think everyone will get the money paid then
