Dreaming, Then The Beach Club Day 4

Day 4 Sept 4th

This morning we had breakfast pastries, fruit and coffee in our room (the rooms at POFQ have a table and 2 chairs) before packing, which didn't take long as we hadn't unpacked much. Bell services came and took it all away and we checked out.
We got a bus to HS and the Friendship to the Beach Club as I hadn't done online check in, and wanted the magic bands we were already using linked to the new booking. When we got there our room was ready - it was only around 10am. We are at the Epcot end of BC with a 4th floor woods view, very peaceful and secluded, and the room is lovely. Our bags would arrive mid afternoon, so we headed back along to HS and a first look at Galaxy's Edge. The park was still relatively quiet after the storm, it was still very windy but hot, and we just walked into SWGE - the line for the ride was 70 mins (but it only took around 55 mins) and after this we had a look around the land. We weren't impressed by the food choices so we went along to the Backlot express for lunch instead - chicken tenders for DH and a lovely hummus platter for me. At lunch we snagged a FP for Toy Story Mania, and walked onto Star Tours and Alien Saucers. We watched the Incredible Dance party and bought a Num Num cookie and cold drink to share but the CM pixie dusted us another one which we brought back as they're huge.
After this we decided to go back to the BC to get our bags and unpack properly. We had a wander round the resort and bought a cheese plate and crisps which we had on the balcony with a glass of wine left from our flight - and while we were eating we realised we had an Illuminations view over the trees so we watched the fireworks . Happy to be 'home'.

It was, when we first went onto the balcony I was a bit underwhelmed with the 'view' but it was so secluded and at night you could hear animals etc in the woods. We loved it.

The Beach Club rooms look as lovely as I'm hoping they will be, although for 3 adults I'm hoping we have 2 double beds. I've booked garden view rooms so I'm assuming it will be like your view. SWGE looks completely amazing. A great day.

We've had a few garden views and the last one was on the ground (1st) floor with a view to a garden area on the front of the BC. There are lots of different garden views. We've stayed there 8 times now and there are a few different room configurations. For 3 people you will definitely have 2 queen beds and possibly a sofa too, 4 of the rooms we've had have been like that. Some of my other trip reports have BC photos too.
