I had no reply from email so rang them last week and told no. Rang again now after seeing this post to be told they couldnt offer me anything. We didnt even get to use the free tickets that came with the pass nor the photopass. 0/10.😤

I contacted Seaworld as it looks unlikely we'd be able to visit this year before they expire (6th Dec 2020). They have extended the tickets to 31st Dec 2021, so we will get another two uses of them, May 2021 and Dec 2021. Very happy with the service and response. Well done Seaworld.

What email address did you contact? I have tried an online Q form and a customer service. Neither has replied after several weeks.

It took them about 2 months to reply to my email. They extended our passes by 3 months. And when i then explained we had just rebooked for the 2 weeks after they would expire they extended them by those 2 weeks.

They also offered a 1 day ticket instead.

Not as good as Universal, but a reasonable deal.

Juat hope we can go in April now otherwise they might not even let us have that day ticket any more!

Keep trying anyone who is still waiting!
