Can I take my own bread to breakfast?
DH and I are looking at quick service good court breakfast, and we think 2 platters between us and DD with a slice of bread each would be enough.
BUT is it frowned upon to take your own bread to the food court? We are off site in week 1 and will bring any leftover food with us for week 2. Thanks |

No, go for it. There are toasters to use too if you fancy toast instead. It's normally busy so I doubt that anyone would even notice

Disney don't mind at the qs food courts. From Disney Mom's Panel:
disneyparksmomspanel.disney... -items-288744/ disneyparksmomspanel.disney... rowave-335767/ They provide the facilities for people to use. If someone wants to do it, then it doesn't bother me at all. Edit: where did Bridget's 'incredulous' and 'seriously icky' post go? Well done POFQfan for quoting it - you can delete, but you cant hide https://DIBB.in/13082201

I have not looked at your links as I have no interest. But why but why? Why would you need to bring your own slice of bread to a restaurant? I have read many baffling things on DIBB but why somebody would bring their own slice of bread to a restaurant is the pinnacle.

Doesn't bother me if someone wants to. They asked if they would be allowed and the simple answer is yes, they are. If they want to, then it doesn't bother me at all, whatever their reasons. I don't want to, but don't judge others who might want to.
My links were more for the OPs benefit so they can relax and know that it's acceptable by Disney.

What are the toasters there for then?! No difference to taking squash and using water really...or taking on tea bags.

I didn't say anything about reducing costs, so don't know where that came from? I just answered the OPs question without judgement and provided information from a Disney source to reassure them. Whether or not you can understand why someone would do it really doesn't bother me tbh. I was just helping the OP.
