Ive also emailed Sea World aswell. Its the same situation. If they offer me tickets, I go back in April and this will save me buying any tickets for Universal and Seaworld/Busch.

So Im hoping they will sort me out

Feel proper cheeky though, but I guess I did pay for 14 day passes, so they owe me 2 :P

I have emailed Thomas Cook, and they have asked for more time to investigate the matter

Well, universal offered me 4 day 3 park tickets.

Disney took weeks to reply and then gave me the normal phone number to phone. Not impressed.

Pointless giving out an email address or contact form and then just pointing to phone number. And it really p*sses me off when they assume everyone lives in the USA.

Well you know I said my husband asked me to contact Universal and Disney but I didn't bother? He did! Got us 3 park 2 day tickets for universal and 3 day disney tickets!
Can't believe how good that customer service is considering he told them we still had an amazing time just that our holiday felt rushed trying to cram everything in pre- Irma.

So looks like we will have to start planning again!

I contacted Seaworld as my park hopper tickets covered Sea World and Busch Gardens, they contacted me back wanting photos of the tickets, so im awaiting their reply now.

Hopefully they can sort something out too.

As for Disney... I'm yet to hear from them which is disappointing
