I can’t think where there’s a Longhorns on the 27 - we usually stay in that area but go to the one at Rolling Oaks. DH will kill me if it turns out there’s a closer one

OP - Longhorns hands down. The only time we’ll go to the Outback is if we happen to be flying home from MCO as there’s one there, but I don’t think we’ve done that for a few years. I personally wouldn’t waste a ‘Florida meal’ at the Outback . Texas Roadhouse & Manny’s would complete my top three for steaks.

There isn't one on H27. 192 at Rolling Oaks is definitely the closest.

You may detect that we're not the biggest Outback fans but a few years ago we did succumb to the one at MCO. Outback with plastic knives and forks - perish the thought. Rather have a Nathans hot dog and cheese fries air side.

Oh yes, the plastic cutlery! We haven’t flown from MCO in many trips so it has been a while, but I suspect we’d have had burgers or something. Even though it’s Outback ‘Steakhouse’, I don’t recall the steaks being anything to write home about... back when I joined the Dibb it was all about the bloomin’ onion

I'm always amused by people who choose a steakhouse on the quality of an appetiser.

The airside choice of food at gates 70-99 at MCO has improved a lot in the last couple of years.

We choose Manny’s because of the never ending salad . I jest, but if they didn’t have it, we might well bypass Manny’s for another trip to Longhorns

Tried Outback once. They had their chance and blew it.

Overseasoned.

Longhorn is a winner for us for the consistency and value.

We visit Manny's at Haines maybe once every holiday and never disappointed then, just after it opened, we tried the newish one on 192 where Houlihans used to be. Very disappointed on that visit but we did give them another chance last November and it was fine. Much nearer to Highgate of course and unlike Haines it was a walk up.

Yup, we tried the new one, but much prefer Haines. Not much in it distance-wise from where we were staying either. (Just down the road from Ovation &#128522.

It’s painful talking about this without having the next tripped booked
