Email few days before - 1 received, 1 missing

Hello. I am off to Disneyland Paris this weekend, whoop! I have received an email confirmation with maps and info to know before we go, however my Mum who is coming with us but on a different booking hasn't had the email. Is this normal or should we be concerned please.

By any chance would it have gone to her junk/spam? Or she might have opted out of 'promotional' emails when making the booking?

Is there are my disney experience (or whatever the Paris equivalent is called, I don't know if it's the same) that she can go onto and see if the booking is there?

Thank you, that is helpful. Will check the app and have a play around. Maybe she did opt out, that would make sense.
