Can't find the paperwork for our trip at the moment but it wasn't anything extortionate or OH would have moaned like mad (or I'd have not told him and just quietly settled the bill leaving him to mind the bags ) and I'd have remembered.

Do like that all rooms have a balcony and if you take a walk past the kids playground by the lake there's a family of raccoons you can watch at play

We used them for Rosen Shingle Creek this year. Got a great price and a lovely room overlooking the pools and golf course. Paid a deposit and we were sent a reminder for the balance, wouldn't hesitate to use again.
