Just keep checking. There are no "regular" sale times. You just have to keep looking. As I said we got our rooms for next week last January.

The parking just tends to be cheaper the earlier you book. But you can cancel for free, so book and keep checking.
Ours hasn’t gone down since booking.
Premier inn saver rates are released about 11 months out I think. The beginning of September is out now.

You could book the flex rate and then keep checking for a deal. For some date they just appear, for others they won’t based on bookings.
