I just wanted to add this piece of info on here in case it was useful to anyone.
We had PI non flex booking for Tuesday night at Manchester as we were due to fly out on wed morning. It was 3 rooms and breakfast. It had been booked on a non flex option as we ‘knew’ we were going. We had to change flights and are not flying from Manchester anymore. My dh suggested calling them in case they were doing some sort of goodwill gestures with TC customers. So what they said was we could move our bookings to another night there or make another booking elsewhere on a non flex deal and they would refund us our original booking costs. So as we had 3 rooms I could make 3 bookings and it didn’t matter if they were cheaper just to let them know 24 hrs after we had booked but we had to do this by Saturday. I use PI for work so I have been able to change 3 flex bookings I had to non flex and I should get our refunds authorised tomorrow. |

I’ve contacted them and they’ve told me the same thing, as long as I make another booking under ‘non flex’ and then email them both the reservation numbers they will refund us our original booking

Yes they done this for us yesterday!
Excellent service from PI. As it was a non flex booking I really was just going to let it go, but I thought I would call them just in case. So glad I did. |

Glad for all of you that Premier Inn helped you out , Wish they had done the same for me when Monarch went bust ,when I contacted them they couldn’t help had 4 rooms booked . ☹️

Another one who contacted PI as now flying from Heathrow not Gatwick.
Was hoping I could just transfer the booking but was told the same, re-book and we’ll refund after 24 hours. Saved me £27 which was a tiny chink of light in the whole rip off replacement flights saga. I really liked PI before but now I love them! 😁
