Sound plenty to me for pool and parks.

May be worth looking to upgrade to DDP in advance, 20 QS meals may get a tad samey, the DDP lets you choose a ‘proper’ meal daily. If you’re going to be buying a couple anyway I’d look into the upgrade cost.

The upgrade cost vs 2 TS meals will be significantly more. We did QSDP for the first time this year and didn’t find it “samey” at all. We paid for a couple of meals which was much cheaper than the upgrade cost.

We did the QSDP and food wise we didn't spend any money for 10 days, we had our our own water bottles we could fill in the parks so I took advantage of my snacks than wasting them on water. if I hadn't got a outlets spending habit, I would hardly have spent any money at all.

We did 10 nights at CSR with qsdp and spent very little other than some bits for my daughter. We also had a $90 gift card in lieu of mousekeeping. We had fantastic food, and only had the same meal twice on a few occasions because we enjoyed it so much (for example: tofu bowls at Satuli Canteen and fried green tomato burgers at Rosie's cafe). We never seriously contemplated upgrading to the DPP and were very pleased we hadn't done so. The qsdp provided us with ample food of excellent quality and a great deal of flexibility. We enjoyed the parks and the hotel, and chose not to spend a day (or even half a day) outlet shopping, though that too can be done I guess without a very large spending budget.

I know it! I always forget the names of the places there. It’s our go-to in HS.

We loved it. We only had one day in Hollywood Studios, and ended up having the same meal twice

That sounds like loads, but of course it does depend on how much you might want to spend on merchandise, alcohol and TS meals. We're taking $400 for 2a and 2c 14 days on site including gift cards (we will have a cc back up). But we're not shoppers, and not planning any TS meals or leaving site.
