Florida Masters - I�m losing the will to live

Well still no e tickets for December - told yet again still with ticketing agent

With regards to date change �that shouldn�t be a problem, you�ll hear on friday�
We heard nothing
On Sunday I looked at BA and overall the holiday package was �300
More than FM. I sent an email stating this and that due to the fact that we have been unable to get hold of the� for 4 weeks (when we started to try and change the date) there should be no admin fee.
I sent yet another email at lunch basically demanding the contact us...
They did and said they�ve researched and come
Back with �180 pp (�1280 in total) to change.
The ending sentence was �let us know what you want to do but no rush but prices can go up or down�

I�ve responsed with the BA screen shot and have got quite cross and states that perhaps if they followed up emails and phone calls the price would not be so high.
I also stated that I can get it cheaper and if they can�t match the price then I want a full refund of the �700 deposit...

I suspect I won�t get anywhere but I am not paying �1300 (would take it to �800pp for 8 nights feb half term staying at blue heron)
And I can�t affoed to lose the deposit so I may have to beg my headteacher and governors :-(

I'm so sorry for all your troubles, it was bad enough trying to sort flights & car hire out with these idiots, never mind everything else, we got our tickets from Orlando Attractions, who were first class, I've said to the Wife, next time we go, I'll just go DIY, save up our pennies & pay for stuff all in one go.

I really hope that you manage to get your problem sorted out, just out of curiosity, who is your "rep" at FM?

They are adamant at the cost to change so I have now emailed my head to see if I can have the morning off (I work on planning from home on the Friday afternoon).

We were told we had to deal with Josh as he�s after sales...

After my issues with them I followed them on Facebook, every time they posted I commented with how bad they were and copied a link to my thread on here.

Was just hoping it would stop some from booking with them😂😂

Well I now know to steer well clear of them in future. What absolutely appalling customer service.

I know it's probably not possible unless you live around the London area but could you visit their office?

And the Citizens Advice helpline will report issues to Trading Standards who will intervene. I had them call me up following a report I made to ask if the matter had been resolved. When I said it hadn�t despite excellent advice from Citizens Advice the guy from Trading Standards said I think i�ll give them a call

Two days later I got the following short email from a company who had ignored everything.

�We have made a full refund this closes the matter�

This site needs a blacklist and this bunch would be at the top. Every time I see their name mentioned on here someone is I having difficulty dealing with them. If I were to hear a friend talking about booking with them I�d warn them off.

Perhaps (I�m not making any criticism) their business model is to use one person�s deposit to pay for tickets for someone going sooner. If so then they would risk issues from agreeing a cost with you but not booking your flights until nearer the time. If the prices go up they lose. If they cancel and say flights aren�t available.
