Florida villa location advice
Where is best to stay... Watersong resort, Cypress Pointe or Sandy Ridge? We don't want an overcrowded area, privacy is the main concern and somewhere easy to get to Universal and shops, restaurants etc. Any help welcomed!

Watersong only has a couple of houses that do not have a conservation outlook (they are not built back to back like a lot of communities). It also has manned gates into the community.

Very Serious Dibber

Hey - sorry to jump on! I'm considering booking a villa for our next trip as the party size will be too large to stay on site. We've only ever stayed on i-drive or at Disney so searching for a villa is very new to me.
I've had a little look on the dibb villas search pages but I'm getting overwhelmed with the amount of communities available! What's the best way to decide a location? We want somewhere that's a short drive to Disney, private pool and very secure. A lot of communities will fall into this category so is there any other factors that I should be considering? Thanks in advance |

WaterSong is definitely a quiet community and it has been built in such a way that none of the villas apart from a couple back on to each other.

I feel your pain. We’d like 24 manned security and near restaurants. Would love lots of wildlife and community clubhouse would be a bonus.
We are not doing Disney next year only universal.

We love Sandy Ridge, villa we rent backs onto the conservation area, so plenty of wildlife about, including loads of raccoons 👍🏻
We don’t visit the parks, but do go to the outlets, using our satnav, and not the I4if we can help it. It’s not a gated community, but the security guard is usually in his car at the top of the estate |

Hi, Each community is different so I would make a list of what your priorities are and what extra's would be nice. Most villas are 15 mins plus from Disney and universal longer. I could send you a basic map of the Orlando area with villa communities and attractions if you like.
