Mobile Opinions on Disney Hotels

Hi! I’m new on here 👋🏻. Would like some opinions and advice please 😊
We are going back to Florida for Easter 2021. We have always stayed in a villa before but this time id like to do both villa and hotel.
The Disney hotels I’m thinking of are Animal Kingdom. Boardwalk or yacht and beach club
Thankyou 😊

You might be better posting this in the accommodation section for more responses.

Of the 3 you mention we haven't stayed at any of those but have been to them all for a look round or to eat at the restaurants.

If you like animals = Animal Kingdom Lodge is the obvious choice. Great pool and restaurants too.

Boardwalk has a great location but i would choose Yacht/ Beach club over Boardwalk due to the best pool at Disney and an equally good location.

Out of the four you’ve listed, we stayed at 2, Beach Club and Animal Kingdom Lodge. I’d recommend watching some resort and room tours on YouTube to get a sense of which one you and your family might like. Each will have their pros and cons, some might matter to you some might not. For example, Yacht & Beach Club & Boardwalk Villas are near Epcot, you can walk to Epcot using the International Gateway Entrance. Beach & Yacht Club has Stormalong Bay, arguably the best pool on property. Animal Kingdom has views of wildlife (if you get the right room) and good food options but we found the rooms small and the rest of the resort a bit too dark and a bit too far away from everything for us.

Hi I’ve asked a similar question this week regarding which is better AKL or BC and mostly beCh club came out on top due to location, and being a lovely hotel. My friend has just come back and stayed at BC and said she wouldn’t stay anywhere else now! Most have said that AKL is a fab hits however, with just the location and being a bit dark being the only negatives. Hope this helps?

We stayed at the BC, was truly a hard to beat hotel. All the transport options were easy, loads of food choices due to being so close to Epcot. The pool was amazing too, even the smell in the lobby.
Not been to the others so hard to comment. We are doing the WL this year and will report back on the one.
