I think it's unfair to say it's morally wrong. If you were intending to do rider switch for a child who was tall enough but didn't want to ride who was actually intending to ride with the second lot of riders to optimise the amount of FP, then maybe. In our case for rides that we all want to ride and my son is tall enough to do so (for example 7DMT) I have booked fastpasses for us all. But for a couple of the big rides I have split and intend to do rider switch. I don't think parents should be penalised and unable to take advantage of a shorter queues for rides they would choose to go on if they didn't have a smaller child with them, equally I don't think a child should miss out on the use of FPs if their parent went and used them all up on height restricted rides.
