Charged for resort parking; don’t have a car

Be careful to check your charges as we’ve been charged for having a car parked at the resort hotel when we don’t even have a car. Very cheeky.

Get down to front desk immediately and demand it’s removed from your bill! That’s no way to treat guests.

This happened to me last year. I went to the front desk and explained that we did not have a car and that my daughter dropped my granddaughter and myself off on her way to the airport. The charges were removed without any problem, each day has to be done separately.

Yes - you pop to reception and tell them. They will be very obliging.

They’ve refunded but I do wonder how many people don’t realise this has happened.

If you aren't showing as booked on DME it defaults to charging, which does have some kind of logic as the majority of guests who don't have DME reservations will have a car.
I don't see the need to "Demand" removal, just pop to reception and it'll be removed without the need for any drama though.

UK guests shouldn't be getting charged this year so a bit wrong for it to default to charging if you don't take the Magical Express. We will have a car on our first day and last day and will have to check we haven't been charged.

it may be just human error - just explain that you dont have a car. There is no demand that it is removed.
