Munich - Hotel recommendations
We travel to Munich at the end of April for a couple of days. It was a very spur of the moment booking as the flights were super cheap. However, I have no idea where to stay as we have never been.
It'll just be my husband and I and we're only there 3 days. We recently went to Prague and successfully navigated the metro so I am certain we can navigate Munich's metro. Can anyone recommend hotels, must do attractions/restaurants etc...

I can’t help, but we have just booked to go to Munich in August for dds 18 so I need to find a hotel too!

Oh lovely, I just can't make a decision. I'm leaning towards the Platzl Hotel but just not sure.

What about Holiday Inn in Munich as I find it is useful as train station is nearing and italian meal near the hotel too. 15 mins walking to city.

We stayed in Motel One in Munich, was really nice, and a great safe location.
I didn’t like the area around the train station at all, I wouldn’t recommend to stay there

Just booked both of these, free cancellation, Vi Vadi Hotel Downtown Munich
Leonardo Hotel Munich City South The first one is closer and £100 cheaper so I’m leaning towards that one
