Dream World Travel - flights disappeared

I booked flights in March for next year through Dream World Travel. seemed to have good trip advisor reviews. i had received my BA reference and added the flights to my account. Then they just recently disappeared. BA say they cannot comment and DWT will not respond to emails and the phone line just cuts out even if you appear to be moving up the queue.

Has any one had this experience before? I have contacted the credit card company to ask what my options are and they will reply wihtin 6 weeks. i don't want to book new flights and find the ones i have paid for in full will be honoured by DWT, but the prices are going up!

They do take there time answering emails, this happened with our booking and they told me I won’t get a confirmed booking reservation until about eight weeks before we fly.

I booked flights with them with Virgin travelling in November this year. I got a booking ref and booked my seats Both ways. I kept checking my booking as unsure if Virgin would still be flying from Glasgow and booking had disappeared I contacted Virgin who told me my flights had been removed and had to contact Dreamworld travel. They were a nightmare. I sent about 20 emails and they wouldn’t give me a new booking reference as “ it may change again “. I eventually put a bad review on trust pilot threatening to take legal advice.Within 20 mins they had called me , emailed me a new ref and I had my e-tickets within two days. Will never use them again !

...curious to find out if you ever got anywhere with DWT, MissMayhem? Unfortunately there are loads of us out there now - so much so that there's a support group on Facebook called Dream World Travel Action Group - there are quite a few good hints and tips being posted if you're still waiting for your refund

Do you have the details of the action group please as I am still waiting for a refund since June... I will NEVER use them again and urge anyone thinking of booking with them not to. Loads of fake reviews praising them on Trustpilot..

I have been promised a full refund less £35 each within 6 weeks so we shall see...
