What colour walls?

Hi, I have grey kitchen units and unsure what colour to paint the walls. I think I need light or bright and vaguely thinking of peach, pink or yellow but not sure as pink is not a kitchen colour usually. Any ideas please?

I have white walls and accessorise with colours.

If I were to paint the walls I would go with a very light heather, or pink, or duck egg - which is why I don’t paint them. I change my mind too often!

I don't believe in "not a kitchen colour" if you like pink have pink. I have sky blue at the moment but it does need doing, sadly the top bathroom jumped the queue and brought a lump of ceiling down in the living room so the kitchen can wait.

Take a look at the Dulux colour of the year called Tranquil Dawn. It's lovely and might be what you're looking for.

We’re currently looking at getting a new kitchen and leaning towards light grey gloss units and have also wondered about wall colours. We have a patio door out to the garden and worry about the dog shaking itself up against white walls or them just marking easily with people walking about so will be interested to see what opinions you get

We have white with our grey. It is clean and fresh - it does show marks, but that is what I want in a kitchen. Invisible muck is still muck.

We’ve got light grey gloss cabinets and went with a pale duck egg blue, which I think looks really good together.

Hi, thank you for the ideas. I actually have the sky blue that you see on a Summers day at the moment, but feel like a complete change, difficult decision! The cabinets are not really dark but dark enough that you can see they are grey.
