Last minute trip booked for under two wks time

Hi all, we were looking at a week in Menorca with our two kids, but stumbled across a great price with TC - 1330 for two wks We are staying at the Clarion Maingate.

Our toddler is 27 months (other child is 4 months old) and we were not planning on buying any Disney Park tickets this time. My gut says the Halloween events are just going to be too late for a toddler and baby to enjoy.
Can anyone recommend other ways to get some disney in - we do plan on visiting disney springs, is there any hotels we should perhaps go and see?

We plan on going to Seaworld as it will be more toddler friendly, and maybe a water park.
Can anyone recommend any other activities? Normally ild be more organised but this is a rather last minute booking!

We have stayed at the Clarion Maingate in Kissimmee before! Great location.
I would definitely recommend Disney Springs to still get some of the Disney Magic.

Celebration would be perfect. You could have an ice-cream, spend some time by the lake alligator spotting and your toddler can play in the water fountains.

Perhaps see if you can book a character meal, Chef Mickeys at the Contemporary followed by a ride on the monorail?

Sounds like you got yourself a bargain Have a great time!

I would do the boardwalk at night, monorail hotels, animal kingdom lodge, they are all amazing.

Go to the resorts, I'm not sure if it's still a little early for them to have the Halloween decs up at the resorts though xx

Hi

That's a great price!

We are in a similar position (although just the two if us); we normally book up a year in advance and always have gone with Virgin. We had ten days at the end of May / start of June which was great, although very hot

We were going to Europe for a week in mid September but saw a deal with Thomas Cook; seven days at The Avanti Palms for less than 500pp. We figured it would almost cost as much going to Europe plus we brought back some dollars so will be able to use them!

We're just doing Universal; thought about SW but decided not too in the end.

Wherever and whatever you do, have a lovely holiday!

Kev

Hi, to get some Disney in, have you thought about Pin Trading, you can do it at Disney springs or any of the resorts. Our 4 year old loved it when we were there in June. You can buy pins in advance if you wanted too.

We also did MNSSHP with two little ones, they both enjoyed it we just took a buggy so they could rest/sleep. The special parade is mentioned a lot in our house.

I would highly recommend a character breakfast at Cape May, Beach Club - Minnie, Donald and Goofy in their beach gear! Nice food and buffet so you wont pay for the little ones!
