Well,I’ve just gone onto my online banking & my money was refunded on the 20th.
No notification,so didn’t expect it,but nice to have it back in my account.

Whoop whoop... got my money back today. Had to resubmit my claim last week as when I rang for an update they never had my original claim on record...! Thats passport renewals paid for then...!
