Going to Universal 3-4 times is going to really bump up your ticket costs, it will be as expensive as buying fourteen day tickets. If you book a Universal FOLP hotel for one night, you get the express pass for two days and should easily get everything done and more than once. Many people do this as well as keeping their main accommodation.
Other than picking what days to go, Universal does not require any planning at all so I would go with the flow on the day. For Disney I would start by deciding roughly how many times you would wish to go to each park. I tend to decide how many days I want to use the pre-bookable fastpasses and generally allocate them to the mornings and leave my afternoons flexible to do whatever we fancy. If I had twelve days of fast passes, I would go 4 MK, 3 each in HS and AK and 2 at Epcot. Once you have an idea of how many times you would start in each park you need to think about which days, being onsite you might want to take advantage of EMH and go with that. After I have a broad idea of what day I will be in what park, I think about what dining I might like to book. |

Hey there,
I am serial planner and also happen to be doing all the parks in May this year when we go back, we have been a few times, so the plan is a culmination of knowledge gained on previous trips. I have separate tabs for Fast Passes, ADRs, cost tracking and hints and tips, if you want me to send you the full planner feel free to DM me your email address and I will send it over.
