Mickeys very Merry Christmas party 2020

Hello, can anyone tell me when the tickets come out for 2020 and best time to book.I have never been to any of the special ticketed events at Disney and this will be our first in Nov 2020 can anyone give me any tips/ best things to do see during the party not sure what to expect.

I think they come out May / June. I can�t see why there would be a best time to book, it is the same ticket. I have only been to the MNSSHP not the Christmas party, but we will go to that next year.
