Apparently there is some meat on the back legs but not much otherwise.

(i've had many "exotic" meats, but never even thought about squirrel)
It is going to come oven ready and I am planning to try this recipe.

Darn it Wanye, I just got my amazon delivery, I had been thinking you had underestimated the cost of tropical sun goat curry seasoning compared to what I found but now I know why ... six tubs of it! I hope we like this goat curry!

I told DH about the squirrel last night and he is quite excited by it. He is currently off to collect my tesco order for the rest of the ingredients, I am having a cooking extravaganza this weekend. I shall post a pic of the finished dishes shortly.

So sorry, I have to decline your kind offer. Having read through this thread (which regrettably I started 😂😂😂 ) I’ve decided to turn vegetarian.

Is that a serious offer? I love goat 🐐
In the nicest possible way I struggle to understand the people who don’t eat the cute stuff. All are equal to me.
I love kangaroo for example
