Oh Tom why not? They are really easy to make (especially if you buy a new frying pan!). Don't bother with the mixes they aren't the same!

I'm not looking back with rose coloured spectacles but my Mum could cook for Great Britain. Nothing I have ever eaten compares to how she could cook (stay at home Mum) so I very much doubt I could get close to what she made.
To that end I don't bother. Plus my Wife wouldn't eat them as she says they are full of fat!
