I'm a unlimited customer and been with next about 20yrs. I've ordered over £200 of stuff this week and didn't get a text until late yesterday, I managed to get 6pm. Not a happy bunny as 2 colleagues got 4.30 slot and have hardly shopped with next all year 🤬

Yes I joined unlimited last month and have always had a slot in the past.

Manager never rang me back but then later in the day yesterday I did finally get an email, but as others have found, it’s for a late 7pm slot, so doubt the good stuff will still be there - oh well, they won’t be getting my money this Christmas!

I got 6pm yesterday afternoon. Sounds very mixed up this time!

I got my normal early vip slot, a lot was already sold out though.

I wonder though if anybody has the same issue as me, I’m not sure whether to query it or not incase it stops me getting future slots.

My vip countdown is 1 minute 20 off from the correct time. So my 4:30pm slot starts just after 4:31pm. Shouldn’t be a problem but I’m often after things that sell out really quickly. Of my first 10 items today only 4 were available, and they were available before 4:30 as I checked by adding to basket at full price.

I did wonder if it was the same for everyone but my mums is spot on.

I’m tempted to phone them as it’s been like this the last few sales and is a bit frustrating, but I wonder if making any changes to my account at all will drop me from the vip list in the future.

My countdown is exactly the same ,its so annoying when you're trying to get certain items .
