I have this every week when I write the meal plan to do the online shopping off. Always an effort getting the suggestions in. Anyway. DS goes back to Uni tomorrow and he has chosen ‘fry up’ before he goes back to cooking for himself five days a week. So mucho unhealthy. Sausages, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans, eggs, toast and hash browns.

We meal plan for the week as well ready for the online shop. It does get frustrating when nobody wants to make any suggestions and I end up doing all the planning but then nobody is allowed to moan if they didn’t help plan.
We’re out tonight for Thai food but are having Jambalaya from Hairy Bikers tomorrow.

Moroccan Chicken Tagine - just going to Tesco for some couscous to go with it as I thought we had some! Made it SW friendly.

I’ve seen a kale pesto recipe that I’m going to have with gluten free spaghetti and a piece of salmon.

Roast chicken on a panini with some pesto and grated cheddar. I am sick of meal decisions. If it were up to me I would be very happy with cereal or sandwich of a night. I live with 4 males who seem to have hollow legs however.

We ended up have spicy rice with chicken, chorizo, peppers, sweet corn & peas.
Kids had chicken wraps because they don’t like anything spicy. I don’t like to do separate meals but my daughter was only home late ish from dance It took me ages to find this thread because it had got moved 😂😂😂😂 Doesn’t take much to confuse me 😳 |

Well I made a Thai fish curry from scratch, first time ever, it was really nice. Not too spicy even my husband ate it and he doesn’t like anything too spicy,
