We don't like it at all for many reasons already stated on the thread. We own at SSR and VGF , we rent those out so easily when we do not visit.
I just find this new development lacking and it simply doesn't sway us at all .

Seems like many resorts it splits opinion. I’m with you, but I’ve seen many say they love it. Many of course knock SSR (motel like), BLT (like an ugly apartment block), Animal Kingdom (too cut off) etc, but equally people love them.
I actually think you don’t know for sure until you stay. Problem with that for us is the very high points and no stand out feature to make us take a gamble- if the points were at say Boardwalk level I’d likely give it a try. But at almost VGF level? I won’t try so may never discover if my opinion will be swayed.
Well maybe one day I’ll eat my words as I’ll probably want to say one day I’ve stayed at every one.
Mrs YT didn’t care for Boardwalk at all until she stayed. Now she’s disappointed I changed it for Copper Creek, but I appeased her by promising we will book Boardwalk at Xmas.

I could find it but it would take a while. It was about 3 years ago that a Lady Dibber did a review of SSR and likened it to an old peoples home.
