Magic bands. Annual pass and offsite stay

I wonder if someone can give me the answer please.
We have Disney gold annual passes that we used for the first time last year but because we were staying onsite and already had magic bands we didn’t collect the bands connected to the annual passes. Is there a way to collect them this year even although we are staying off site? Thanks, hope that makes sense?

Hi,You can try at the MK guest services when you visit if you annual passes are still valid.

Could you not use the Bands from last year to save visiting the AP location in one of the Parks?
As an aside the AP places do tend to be quieter than Guest Services

We have the same thing. We already had magic bands. Upgraded and will be choosing some new ones when we go but because I want them personalised they have advised me to get them sent to a Disney resort and pick them up so that’s what we are doing.
I just emailed guest services.

I think you collect them from guest services near the American pavilion (can never remember what this is called) in MK, where the muppets come to the windows. This is what we were told in Dec when we got our AP but we didn’t actually go and pick then up.
