My disney experience help

I'm hoping someone may he able to help.
When I originally booked the holiday it was for 2 rooms 6 passengers. I successfully linked booking number from TUI and could see everything in the My Disney Experience App.
I added another person to the TUI booking so there was now 3 rooms and 7 passengers. I couldn't see the added room or passenger on the MDE app but instead it removed 2 passengers. I thought maybe I just need it to update so left it a while. ( this was nov/dec)

Fast forward to now and it still shows 2 rooms and 4 passengers . I ran the MDE technical help telephone number and they basically said that they can only see 2 rooms and 4 passengers under the TUI confirmation booking. They said an additional confirmation number should have been given for the extra room but as far as I was aware I have just amended my TUI booking so it's still the same ref number.
I hope this makes sense. Would I need to take this up with TUI? Is there a way to remove booking off MDE to start over again?

I would say you need to speak to Tui. They need to confirm with Disney the correct number of guests and rooms.
