The aisles aren't wide - I'd book one across the aisle.

The bubble is very popular and I would be surprised if that seat wasn't booked. I'm a solo visitor and could well be that person.

Am I reading this right? It's £30 each to sit in the bubble?

Now I know we all spend our money as we see fit but it seems an awful lot just to be upstairs with exactly the same experience as those in the main cabin.

I can understand extra legroom and exit seats but not the bubble.

I often read posts where people think it's an upgrade, rather than the same Econ or PE just a floor above. Not sure if the £30 is just to book seats?

There aren't any twos in Economy in the bubble. The only twos upstairs are in Premium.

My thought mirror these exactly...but that's easy to say as We've been in the bubble before.

its actually £35 per seat to sit in the bubble! we did that in January we flew from LGW on a economy light fare so no checked bags and so seat selection, however a few days before our flight we noticed bubble seats were empty so paid to sit there,as it was the same price as paying to pick a seat downstairs. we really liked it as was so much quieter than the rest of the flight so was worth it to us. enjoyed it so much are going bubble both ways on our next trip in August!

I guess you are paying for a smaller cabin and a bit quieter maybe.

Personally you would have to pay me to sit up there

My son was lucky when we flew in the bubble in 2017. Myself and my two daughters were sat in Dibbers row and my son wanted the window seat on the opposite row. For both journeys the middle seat remained empty whilst someone sat on the aisle seat.

Wife and I took this gamble coming home a few years ago, booked the window and aisle on a row of three. It paid off that time as we had the row of three to ourselves on a really busy flight. However, the drawback was that the day before the flight home we were stressing about it and it put a downer on the last day and night of our holiday. We won't ever do that again!
