So in the absence of any updates on possible travel to the US today (wasn’t expecting any), we have made the decision that we are going regardless (if permitted). We are in the position that we are able to follow either green/amber restrictions, and really feel for those less fortunate.

Roll on August 6th (Disney AKL, Universal RPR & Mexico GMP).

That's all any of us can do - cross our fingers and hope for the best.

My main positivity points are...

- Although we're on a direct Virgin flight to MCO on 25th July, if Virgin cancel this - and that could come quite soon given their prior record of cancellations - there are plenty of indirect options we could look at if things are open by the 25th July.

- Because we are due to travel on the 25th July, we also have scope to take a later holiday if, say, things don't open until mid-August.

In short: where there's a will, there's a way!
