Make sure you read the rules before posting, the admin there are like the gestapo, she's always pulling posts and shaming people for not reading the rules!

I’ve also found the people renting on there mainly want a bargain. 1 beds are never rented, they want studios only, cheapest points possible, and you may get a lot of time wasters so be specific in your post, asking them to check availability , look at points numbers required etc otherwise you can be getting emails saying they were wanting Cooper Creek for Christmas, and expected it to be $1500 for a whole week etc.
I did find some good renters on there though and sometimes you get one straight away and no time wasters.

Hi, can I ask what points you have and your home resort and when they have to be used by?
I will be looking probably as soon as flights open, and bing in UK can do a bank transfer

Hi Sarah,

I'm currently waiting to find out about our August trip so I know how my points will be distributed and if/how many available. I'm setting myself up ready, as it could be either US renters or UK depending on what happens with borders.

Home resort is CC. If I end up renting on here I will post in the DVC renting section, and will also let you know 😊 I have had a few other people interested in next year and hopefully things will become clearer for everyone soon.
