We will all get there eventually

Honestly can't believe how much this has all taken over my life. I remember my last trip back in 2014 when all the planning was so exciting but this time round there's been no fun in the planning and the whole buildup has been nothing but stress. The only thing keeping me going through all this has been the thought of our trip going ahead and the closer it gets the more down ive been feeling low. Yes I know my holiday isn't everything and we are in a pandemic, but I feel like we all need something to look forward to in these times. Something to put a smile on our faces. This trip won't be the same in that the build up has been rubbish but it will be all the better when we finally get there. Ive just come up with more dates that I will book if my trip gets cancelled so despite feeling rubbish now I feel happy knowing we will all get there eventually. I honestly can't wait till those borders open and I see a trip report and am even writing mine. We have to try and see some positives I guess. If our trips do get cancelled we can all just save more spending money or make our trips even better when we do get there. For those people who their trip is about seeing family my heart goes out to you and I hope you are reunited with your loved ones soon. My aunt will be flying over from orlando next week and after 2 years of not seeing her I cant wait. Take care everyone x

We decided because we had to move for a fourth time we’d treat ourselves and upgraded to Port Orleans Riverside! I haven’t been back since I lived out there for 15 months so I’m desperate to get back for a visit! We’ll definitely appreciate it more when we get there. I’ll be a disgusting mess walking down Main Street 😅
