I agree with the rules on 2 year olds having to wear a mask. I've always thought that's a ridiculous rule.

It seems they go from one extreme to the other over there. Completely blasé to massively over cautious 🙄

I'd wear a full hazmat suit at this point if it means being able to go 😂

I’m the opposite, it makes me sad to see this return. We are not going to escape the virus, and at some point, the majority of us will contract it. I would personally wish to contract it now (think chickenpox party) to allow me worry free travel.

Definitely won’t be going now. Another step back despite the mass vaccine rollout.

I struggled to breathe properly here in 25degree heat, so over there it will be horrendous.

Whoever decided on the 2 year old rule needs their position re-evaluated. What 2 year old is going to keep a mask on in the heat? 'Keep that on little one, if you can't breathe property, that's normal.'

My daughter is 3, and although I think it's still too young, she's of the nature who would probably keep it on. My son is 10 months, and the rate he's turning into Wreck it Ralph, if he was 2, theres no chance that mask would stay on 🤣

You only have to wear a mask inside. Where it's usually nicely airconditioned. You don't have to wear one outside in the Florida heat.

Also masks don't prevent people from breathing. They aren't air-tight nor do they restrict the flow of air/oxygen into your lungs (if your mask does then I'd suggest getting a different mask).

I do agree that they can be bloomin' uncomfortable to wear, especially in the heat. Last week it was hot enough here in the UK when not wearing a mask. If I had to wear one outside back then, my face would have been sweating!

Only half of people in the USA have been fully vaccinated. And that was the problem. Many of the unvaccinated weren't wearing a mask and there weren't enough vaccinated people to stop the spread of the Delta variant.

All they've done is impose mask wearing indoors. A lot of places here in the UK also ask people to wear masks inside, and we've vaccinated more.

As I understand it, there are places where you need to wear them outdoors like outdoor attractions and parts of queues. I won't be going until there are no masks.

Also disappointed to see the prices double on Shop Disney for masks just one hour before the announcement.

The Disney Princess 2-Pack of masks was on sale for $3 previously. Now it’s back up to $11.99. How lovely of them.

You have to wear them on all attractions. From what I understand from when it was previously indoors only, this is from the queue entry point rather than the show building itself. A lot of these queues are outdoors, particularly once they get into the extended queue which are often also unshaded. Won't be pleasant in August.

I think it's a good policy change, since they're not allowed to verify vaccination status (or any other medical information) and the honour system clearly wasn't working.

A masked 2-year-old in 40 degrees in the Florida heat. People have completely lost it IMO.
