UK wedding ideas for US wedding

My son is marrying his American fiance in a barn in Kansas this year. We're looking for ideas to bring a little UK flavour into what will predominantly be a US wedding (over 100 guests from US and probably less than 10 from UK).

Any ideas Dibbers? TIA

We also have a DS marrying his US fianc�e in New Jersey next month.
I too have been racking my brains for ideas. DS not overly helpful either. Suggestions are proper English style biscuits and UK chocolates.
Still not sure how we will get it there either

Would be great if anyone has better ideas.

I was the UK bride marrying a US citizen, I have been married almost 18 years but here is what I did.

I was married in the US but I still wanted some of the old world traditions. we did the not seeing the bride the day night before and the something old, something new etc, some knew about this one some did not. The conversation starter tho seemed to be the 5 almonds (health, wealth, happiness fertility and long life) non of my american guests had a clue, explaining the tradition was interesting
