I personally think they are getting pressure from the Vacation Club guides to change the restriction regarding Riveria. It is just an objection they can't overcome if their prospective buyer knows what the Riveria resale contract demands on the resale market. Just seems way too much stress on the guides to try and feel out their guest to see if they know about resale or not.

Plus the guides that planning on staying there for another 10 to 15 years don't want this restriction on future resorts in my opinion.
