What happens to my 2020 tickets when we can't go?
I bought 2020 14 day ultimates back in summer 2019 from ATD and didn't get the added insurance. Clearly our Xmas trip is unlikely to go ahead and we're hoping to go Xmas 2021 but what will happen to the tickets?
Can I still use them? They're already on MDE so I can't return them... I'm guessing that's a possibility but I'll have to pay to turn them into the new Winter 2021 tickets... Does anyone know please?

We returned ours for refund and they were already linked to mde.
If you check on the mde app it should show the expiry date of the tickets. Before ours were cancelled and removed the date was extended to the end of September 2021 |
