Ohhh I wonder when Ocado will release there’s. We started using Ocado at the beginning of the year and have the smart pass. I’m unsure when they release their slots.

We’ve been with Ocado (reserved)for over 12 years. Last Saturday night’s reserved delivery was cancelled by email without apology at 6.00 am on Friday morning 😖. Yes i complained, yes I got compensation, and too flipping right I did Waitrose click and collect on Sunday morning instead or I’d still be waiting for a replacement delivery slot. Oh and yes imho the Waitrose shopping was far superior to Ocado’s M&S offering. Definitely giving me pause for thought atm Ocado is nowhere near as good or reliable as it used to be, even if you’re a very longstanding customer.
Disney Jo the Christmas delivery slots do usually launch around this time of year so I’d keep an eye on your emails for details of when you can book.

Thank you for letting me know.

That’s awful of Ocado to cancel like that! I had it once with Asda and no explanation either, very annoying.

Talking of very annoying, I have just noticed the Morrisons minimum delivery has gone up from £25 to £40. I joined their delivery saver so I could have a top up delivery in the week following the Waitrose delivery at weekends. Now it was fairly easy to find £25 worth of shopping mid week but not another £40 onto top of the £60+ at Waitrose. More '3rd world problems', I really need the 2 deliveries as I shop for relatives so they can remain shielding. In the grand scheme of things this is not a life changing problem but as Disney Jo says just very annoying and it feels like they are squeezing as much money out of customers as possible !

Thanks for the heads up, booked 22nd December 8-9am. Usually buy M&S for Christmas food but our local shop closed n I now get stuff from W'rose instead.

For those that have just booked Waitrose - can I ask how? What allowed you to have an early access?
