Mobile Wrapping gifts

I love wrapping Christmas presents 🎁
I sit at the dining table with all my things set out; sellotape holder, scissors, wrapping paper, gifts piled on the floor ready to wrap and Christmas music blasting!
I get butterflies even thinking about it 😍

My three children have a different colour scheme each so no need for tags on their presents. It used to be white, blue & red but now both boys want red 🤯 so my older one will get red with a more grown up theme and my youngest will get the cute santa stuff. They prefer cheap wrapping paper because it rips easier than the fancy wrap. Fancy wrap is apparently not fun to open 🤣

I do get nice/fancy wrap & gift tags for my mum & best friend etc 💗💗

So tell me about how you wrap!
If you do really nice wrapping please post a picture.
I really want to do something nice this year so need ideas x

I use a lot of boxes and decorate them with hand tied bows picks etc even just brown paper with simple bows ribbon etc I some times just use one colour pallet in different types of paper ie Matt ,metallic slight pattern and matching bows and ribbon on all the gifts
DIL 1 last year was all silver and black DIL was Tiffany blue and silver etc

I reuse the boxes that I’ve bought from previous years! On Christmas Day the boxes I have used to be opened at home I collect them back 😄

We stopped using wrapping paper and sellotape some years ago as so much of it is environmentally unfriendly and non recyclable / degradable. Our DD does not want anything wrapped in normal wrapping paper for that reason.

We have used brown paper, string and stamps for personalising and the same effect as wrapping paper.

I bought cellophane bags from Dollar Tree last year, so I’m going to use those for most of our wrapping. Only have daughter and her boyfriend to buy, and it’s mainly small stuff, so it’ll work for me.

I get really bored with wrapping but I do like buying nice paper and having a theme. I just hate the actual task of wrapping. I’ve bought keyrings from Etsy that have people’s initials on, so I’ll use them as tags this year. Usually I’ll put a tree decoration on with string instead. Not on the kids’ ones though!

I love wrapping too - I usually tie a Christmas decoration, and ribbons to each adult one, and candy canes or Christmas lollipops on the children presents.
This year I've also got some of those mini Christmas crackers with toiletries in to tie onto the ladies presents.
