the vitamin d stuff got me reading up on some other articles, and one study says zinc levels are also potentially a factor

Calcium and zinc for bone health when you are older. No point in starting to take it when you are 80 - I've been taking it since I was 40

I’m of an older, delicate disposition and am determined to go through the change naturally, popping my pills as I go🤣. I’m taking so many I think I would rattle if you shake me but it keeps me happy. It keeps my symptoms at bay and I have lots of energy.
