I said to dh we could have a fry up but we haven’t got any eggs, my sister dropped off 12 and I didn’t ask for them. Better than Easter eggs!

Being able to sit in the garden as it’s so sunny

Every morning as I stand under a hot shower I think how wonderful it is. We have owned a home in the Caribbean with solar hot water heating (not great solar heating) if the sun didn't shine the water was cold. I love my early morning shower.

Every week we have a Skype call with everyone at The GB Mickey Waffle. It’s just great just to catchup with everyone especially in the current time with the lockdown.

Doorbell went this afternoon, which totally shocked me! When I went to the door there was a box of home made shortbread on the doorstep. My sister gave me a wave from the bottom of the driveway and shouted “Happy Easter”. She makes the best shortbread - it made my day 😊

I had the same but my sister bought eggs and flowers and we were miles apart but she wouldn’t stop talking and I had to tell her to leave. She lives alone and get she needs to talk to someone, but just doesn’t get the drop and leave thing!
