When are you rebooking for? I presume because we are tied to school holidays and will hopefully go in July next year now, then it’s too far ahead to rebook?

They have some decent deals on for Easter now. I didn’t book with a voucher but paid 600 out and back in Easter holidays on a fully moveable flight, which is much less than I usually pay (prices have been through the roof for school holidays). Seemed like a no brainier as if I can’t go I can move 24 hours before for our Summer or Xmas 2021 trips.

I took a voucher for my cancelled April flight, filled in form online, got an email back within a day saying I had the money refunded onto a voucher, I said that I wanting to make a new booking, so BA asked me to book a new holiday which I paid in full and email them the new booking reference and they would refund my card using the value of the voucher, it was about £400 cheaper to go in November , so that £400 was sitting waiting to be used within the year, so I used that towards my March 2021 trip, again everything was sorted within a day BA have been great , also moved car hire with them and they waived all the cancellation and changing of dates charges
