Anybody used them or any knowledge of what they like?
Nobody even close to coming near the prices the advertising

Not familiar with them, but if it is too good to be true, it usually is!

Be careful the quote they are giving is truly like for like, eg checked baggage etc. would be my first action.

Friend booked last year with them and then found out she had only booked hand luggage and had to add the whole family's luggage after. Just check carefully the itinerary before you book.

We're just back from our Xmas trip and booked our flights with them through Skyscanner. Had no problems and they showed up really quickly on both Iberia and BA as it was a codeshare.

I used them in 2017, got a codeshare deal on a Delta flight from Manchester, so actually Virgin flight. No issues whatsoever

Used them in 2017 and 2018 with absolutely no problems. Just booked Easter 2019 with them too. Each time the price has been significantly better than anywhere else. In 2017 we actually got PE virgin flights cheaper than everywhere else was selling economy.

If things go wrong though the customer service is appalling I wouldn’t use them again even if cheaper. Sorry beware if you’ve booked with them now.

We also had a nightmare with them Customer service is non existant. Cost over £15 in phone calls. Took over a week and several phone calls to get e ticket. Had five in the end my name spelt wrongly every time. We would never book with them again

There have been several threads about this company and overall they seem to say that customer service is not good when you need help.
