Long wait but they changed the phone number and now I'm registered. Not sure where the number they had for me came from so this may be the issue for everyone else having problems.

I had no problems registering but does anyone know if our cards are still valid or are we getting new cards ? I am expecting a refund from BA and have also paid for new flights. Just a bit concerned if my card is no longer current

All card numbers remain the same, at some point you will receive a re branded card but will have the same exact details as the post office branded card.

I’m just keeping the post office one till it runs out, ha ha or what ever it’s called won’t know which card it is if all the details are the same!

We have heard no more about the new card yet! Won't be downloading the app but haven't heard any thing about registering either! Just said keep using the PO Card till new card arrives! All those who have registered, did you get the same available spend limit amount as with your PO Card. Just interested to know. Wonder what the new cards will look like. Stupid name more like a scam card.

Down loaded the App but just couldn't get it to work , could only go so far in registering , so deleted it . Got a paper bill yesterday so paid it at my Bank today . Think I will chop the card up , had a email from Post Office they are doing similar card which seems strange when they sold there business to JaJa .

I downloaded the app and it kept saying my details weren’t recognised when I tried to register. Tried on webpage rather than app and it registered successfully on first attempt. So that’s worth a try to hopefully avoid ringing
