Mobile Hot water taps - can somebody explain this set up please?

Just been to visit the house we’re buying and as it’s vacant we’re unable to ask questions of the vendors without going through Solicitors.

I took a picture of the set up under the sink to try to figure out if there are any questions we should ask.

I know there’s the Quooker tank but no idea what the other things are 🤷

Anybody know what the black box thing is or the white thing on the left hand side?

Are the any questions I should be asking?

the white canister looks like an RO filter

can be used by marine fish hobbiests & window cleaners! to produce pure water with all disolved solids removed ?

i used to run one for my tank a few years back

The waste pipes have been neatly done so a good job there as opposed to the usual mess some Plumbers do.

The black box has stumped me but it looks like heating vents on it.

Is there a make on the plate affixed to it?

Oh that actually makes sense, there’s a large aquarium with marine fish.

So will this be connected to the fish tank? Or does it just mean different water comes out of the tap

I’m totally clueless 😂

At least it looks very neat, ours had to be in the middle of the cupboard due to the sink/pipes!

It looks like the version that does the filtered water and also the hot tap, is that right? The White cylinder looks like the cold water filter cartridge. It should screw on and off. The silver cylinder is your boiling water tank and the cube I believe is the chilled water.

Not that I can see from the photo. Looks like it has power to it.

I guess that’s going to be a question to ask them then as we have no clue.

Can you zoom in for a photo on that barcode on the bottom right of the black box?

it wont come out of the taps, it will be tapped to the cold feed & the pure water fed into tank/storage via one of the blue pipes ? difficult to see but usually the RO water is stored in a tank/vat then mixed with salts to make sea water

the black unit maybe a chiller unit to keep the aquarium water from overheating ?

This is the fish tank

It’s over the other side of the room to the sink though and we know the previous owners put the kitchen in so the tank came after the floor and cabinets were in.

There are two large tanks in the lower cupboards.
